Shipping Methods & Costs

Both standard and express shipping options are available through our shipping partners. With standard shipping, your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days; with express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid-season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods. In the event that you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location, service selected and Veronika Maine Privilege membership, though a summary of associated costs are also listed below for you. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.

Standard Shipping:

  • Standard shipping is free for orders over $250. Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $250.

Express Shipping:

  • Express shipping is free for orders over $400. Express shipping is $12 for orders under $400.

Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched on the next business day (excluding public holidays).

What if no one is available to sign for my delivery?
We now offer Authority To Leave ‘ATL’ for express & standard delivery options via the Veronika Maine website & in-store for delivery orders.
If no one is available to sign for your order, the driver will follow the delivery instructions that were provided in checkout or in-store.  By selecting one of the below delivery instructions in checkout, you will be authorising the driver to leave your order at the nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery.
1.           Leave near the front door
2.           Leave out of the weather
3.           Leave at reception
4.           Take to the nearest post office
5.           Other (please specify)
In selecting options 1,2,3 or 5 (as listed above), the only confirmation of delivery that will be available to prove receipt of your order will be obtained from the driver as their will be no signature taken. Thus, Veronika Maine cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting delivery options 1,2,3 or 5.
The courier will only leave your order if there is a safe place to leave this. In the instance there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the driver will return the parcel to a post office or collection point.
If you opted for the driver to take your parcel to the nearest post office, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected  to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.
